I am Anne-Gaëlle Défachelles, founder of Sustaina Consulting, a consulting firm specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
A welding engineer by training, I spent 15 years in the field, working in inspection and quality control of industrial projects, mainly in the energy sector. I worked for companies such as Vinçotte and John Cockerill, where I gained solid experience in operational realities, performance requirements, and the technical constraints of project implementation.
For the past 4 years, I have been dedicated to supporting organizations in their CSR journey. My approach is based on a deep understanding of how companies operate and the challenges they face on the ground. I help you design and implement a CSR strategy that is effective, concrete, and aligned with your business priorities.
At Sustaina Consulting, I focus on pragmatism, efficiency, and action, so that the transition to a more responsible model generates value – human, environmental, and economic.
