Why is change management essential to a successful CSR approach?
Implementing a CSR approach is not limited to one-off actions. It involves a profound cultural change that impacts employees’ daily practices, individual and collective objectives, and relationships with various stakeholders.
The success of this transition depends on the organization’s ability to support change: creating a shared vision, transforming the corporate culture, having strong commitment from management, training employees, involving them in various CSR projects, integrating new concepts into their daily work, and anchoring new habits. This is why my training systematically integrates a human and participatory approach to change management, an analysis of resistance to change and concrete examples of actions implemented in more mature CSR companies.
